Terms and Conditions for Ale Trail
- Customers must be over18 and be able to produce valid I.D if asked.
- Bathams Ale Trail runs from Thursday 1st September 22 to Friday 30th September 22
- One map per customer , One stamp per customer per drink
- One unique stamp per pub.
- Customers must purchase a Bathams own cask ale to receive a stamp. Best Bitter pint, Mild pint. Bitter Half Pint, Mild Half pint. Or any other seasonal product which may be available.
- Customers must have a verified stamp from all (12) pubs in order to receive their free pint of Bathams and commemorative glass. Maps can only be accepted with the correct stamp collected for each pub
- In the unlikely event of pub closure, customers may redeem a second stamp in the pub of their choosing.
- All prizes are subject to availability. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- Managers and bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed intoxicated.
- Managers and bar staff reserve the right to turn away large unannounced groups and coaches.
- Participation into the Bathams Ale Trail is done at the participants own risk and Bathams Delph Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury costs expenses or claims suffered by entrants whilst taking part.
- Managers and bar staff reserve the right to refuse service at any given time in line with the Licensing act 2003.

- Anyone who participates in the Bathams Ale Trails will be deemed to have understood these rules and terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
Terms and conditions for brewery tour prize
- Customers must have their fully stamped maps checked and handed in at any chosen Bathams Pub by October 7th
- We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent.
- Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced maps may not be accepted.
- In order to receive the prize you will be asked to provide your home postcode, telephone number & email address – this data will be used solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes.
- Prize will be drawn in October
- Failure to acknowledge winning prize may result in a redraw
- The winner may bring 7 guests only to the brewery tour and lunch
- All 8 brewery tour attendees must be aged 18 or over
- In line with health and Safety, you must wear closed toe shoes, and may be required to wear PPE which will be provided.
- You should advise us of any disabilities that you or your Group may have. We will endeavour to make suitable facilities available but cannot guarantee will be able to accommodate you.
- Lunch will be provided at The Vine Pub. One Hot or cold Meal Per customer, some drinks will also be provided.
